Our Commitment

We built SegForge to genuinely save video editors time. If it doesn't work on your computer or you're not happy with it, we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI / card) within 5–7 business days.
There is no minimum usage requirement. If you don't want it, we'll refund you.

After a Refund

Your license key will be deactivated after the refund is processed. If you change your mind later, you're always welcome to purchase again.

We reserve the right to decline refunds if we detect abuse (e.g., requesting a refund after sharing the license key with others).
