1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using SegForge ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment, Nikhil Agarwal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to install and use SegForge on one (1) Windows PC for personal or commercial video editing projects. The license key is for your use only and may not be resold, shared, or transferred.

3. Permitted Use

Use SegForge in Adobe Premiere Pro for background removal on your video projects.
Use the processed output commercially (client work, YouTube, social media, etc.).

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute SegForge or its components.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key to any other person.
You may not use SegForge on more than one active machine simultaneously under a single license.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If SegForge does not run on your Windows system or you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our full Refund Policy.

SegForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nikhil Agarwal makes no guarantees of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all hardware configurations. GPU compatibility depends on your hardware.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikhil Agarwal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SegForge, including but not limited to data loss or lost profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SegForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
